Design & Budget Estimation 

To discuss and analysis the space with client closely,including site measurement ,design scheme ,layout plan, and detailed quotation for renovation.

Design development & Drawing

To develop a design concept with creativity, and provide a full set of design drawings, material schedules and sample boards for client and contractor.

Construction & Site Management

by working with our experienced contractors, supplying drawings/information and taking parts in periodic site-meetings with clients or contractors.

Enjoy & Experience

To assist the client to conduct project handing over from contractor, and we could review the making good of defects to achieve our design standard.

ZIP is a team of interior designers and construction experts with a passion for creating inspiring spaces. We collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors and makers in the pursuit of creating finely crafted spaces that enhance the experience of the end users.

We are hiring for interior designer!

-Diploma / Degree holder in interior architecture and design
-2 years or above relevant working experience.
-Creative, self-motivated and committed, able to work under pressure
-Good knowledge in design software like Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3DMax, Photoshop
-Good communication skill and teamwork ability
-Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
